Major Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be pivotal in driving the bank’s SME portfolio. Primary duties include:
- Relationship Management: Strengthening and deepening ties with existing clients while actively developing new business relationships.
- Credit Proposals: Preparing and processing credit proposals and renewals in strict alignment with SBP’s prudential regulations and Head Office guidelines.
- Sales & KPIs: Marketing relative banking products and ensuring all allocated business targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Financial Advisory: Providing expert financial advice to prospective and existing SME clients.
- Compliance: Ensuring all pre- and post-sanction formalities, including the issuance of “DAC” from RCAD, are completed within defined turnaround times.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles (Grade: Band 10 to Band 8), applicants must meet the following experience benchmarks:
- For Band 10: Minimum of 02 years of relevant banking experience.
- For Band 9 to Band 8: Minimum of 04 years of banking experience, with at least 02 years specifically in a relevant role.
