Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements:
- Principal & Vice Principal: Requires an MSc, MS, or MA in Educational Leadership, Psychology, or Special Education (Autism specialty) with 7 to 10 years of leadership experience.
- Specialized Therapists: Occupational and Music Therapists must have relevant degrees and 3 to 5 years of experience, specifically in pediatric practice or autism.
- Psychologists/Counsellors: Must hold a BS/MS in Psychology with experience in child assessment and therapy.
- Administrative Staff: Receptionists and Transport Coordinators need a relevant Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 3 years of work experience.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Contract Basis: All appointments are for an initial period of 03 years, with extensions based on performance.
- Government Employees: Candidates already working in government or semi-government sectors must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Interview Process: Only short-listed candidates who meet all criteria will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
