Eligibility Criteria and Available Positions
The PCAA is looking for experienced professionals for the following roles. Each post carries specific educational and experience requirements:
1. IT and Software Development Roles
- Sr. Superintendent IT (Software Developer) (SG-11): Requires Intermediate in Science with 5 years of experience in .NET, C#, MVC, and SQL. Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
- Superintendent Grade-II IT (System Admin) (SG-09): Requires 12 years of experience in system engineering, IT system management, and backups.
- Supervisor Grade-I IT (Database Admin) (SG-08): Requires 10 years of experience in Database administration (Oracle/Microsoft).
- Assistant Grade-I IT (Network Admin / Data Center Support) (SG-06): Requires 3 years of experience in networking or data center management.
2. Aviation and Administrative Supervision
- Airworthiness Supervisor (SG-07): Requires 5 years of post-qualification experience in Airworthiness.
- Air Transport & Economic Regulations Supervisor (SG-07): Requires 5 years of experience in a reputable aviation organization; FOO License is a plus.
- Finance Supervisor (SG-07): Requires 5 years of experience in a reputable aviation organization; preference for Accounts Certificate holders.
- Admin Superintendent (Civil Works) (SG-10): Requires 15 years of experience in General Administration with knowledge of PPRA rules and Civil Projects.
3. Support Staff
- Motor Transport Driver (SG-04): Requires Matric with a valid LTV license and 10 years of experience as a driver.
